I want functional side air intake for the back wheels and the the side read windows to be functional as well.
I think in the original you could open the small rear side windows yes?
I was guessing around $18-$20k would sound about right yes?

My question is why do you want air intakes for the back wheels?
If it's for the idea of brake cooling, it's a bad idea on a street car. You need your brakes to come up to temp to work their best. Ducting is something you should leave for the track duty cars.

You're willing to spend $18-20K to make the side scoops and 1/4 windows functional?? Bring your car over to my place, I think I can whip something up for ya.
In all seriousness though, the above post has you covered. Running ducting from the 1/4 scoops for the rear brakes would be ineffective at best, and even if we were talking about the front brakes it is completely unnecessary on a street driven car.
The venting for the windows you're talking about is, on the 1965-68 fastbacks there was a vent there for the rear passengers. 65/66 Shelby's used a fixed window instead. Anyway, I saw in one of the Mustang mags a while back a kit that will allow for that 1/4 window on 2005+ cars to pop open and be used as a vent. It was pricey and a fair amount of work for the install.
