Default Cobra IRS Brakes

I am installing a cobra IRS on my 2000 V6 Will I be able to just hook up my brake lines to the rear calipers and be done or are there other problems to confront? Such as uneven braking between back and front.

It seems the flange on the diff. yoke is bigger. What is the best way to address this problem? Can I find a drive line yoke for the IRS to fit my existing drive line. Or get an IRS drive line and change the yoke to the trans. to 28 tooth for my V-6
