There are some that I think are ok IF you have the parts. For instance, Roush, Shelby, etc are names of aftermarket racing companies. You can add the parts and basically make a Roush or shelby. A Boss, however, it's manufactured, and I am highly against this. It's deceptive, it's fake, and very few people are going to be ok about it.

I actually thought about adding some Roush mods and then putting the R on the side. The Roush badge is so freakin cool looking. In the end, what I might end up doing is just debadging altogether when I finally get it supercharged though. Then no one will know what it is at all.

I don't care for labeling or badging or vehicle, or anything else for that matter, as something it's not.

What is a Shelby, Roush, or Saleen. It's just a modified mustang. If they didn't want there badges on other mustangs they wouldn't sell the kits. As long as you aren't going around claiming it's a Shelby way should anyone care.

I don't like a lot of stickers/details on anything. I like the plain/unmarked look.

Don't try to pass your car off as something it's not.

If it's not a ______ then to badge it as such. there's nothing wrong with buying kits and accessories - but don't be fake / a poser.

^^It totally ruins a nice car. I saw a nice '12 5.0 a year or so ago with all the GT500 badging and then a giant cobrajet sticker on the side.
