Default Conveyor belt problem... I dont know how to fix..

I drive a 2010 v6 mustang and recently my car has been making these weird, deep "tic" noises. So I opened my hood and I see that in my conveyor belt system one cylinder(?) (the thing that the conveyor belt is connected to) isnt spinning. Everything else is spinning except for one on the bottom right..
It stops and then spins and I found that it makes the tic noise on start up.

Can someone help diagnose this problem?

Conveyor belt.....hmmm...never heard that reference to the serpentine belt before....

The item spinning part time is the air conditioner clutch functioning as it is supposed to. It operates based on the setting of the temp. inside the car. The tick noise is the magnetic clutch functioning.

Conveyor belt, that is a new one, but good for you for at least opening the hood and investigating.
