Engine knock/rattle

Engine knock/rattle
My engine recently began knocking/rattling at lower RMPs (
), anyone have any idea what is going on? I recently replaced the intake manifold, but I have no idea why it is doing this. Thanks in advance.

I'd like to say it's something simple, but from that video, it almost sounds like bad crank bearings. I hope I'm wrong, as it is hard to say without being there.

that actually sounds like the typical 4.6l timing chain rattle when the guides start to get worn.
You could also have a sticking lash adjuster , or even a bad cam follower.
