I am having trouble with my brake lights not working on my 1999 3.8L Mustang. They just randomly stopped working. I haven't altered anything on the car recently. I am having trouble determining where the problem is. Everything else on the car is functioning properly. All of my other lights and signals are working fine. I have checked all of the fuses and don't have any problems there. The stop light switch is good, but I don't have any power going to it. I do have power at the fuse box however. Has anyone else had this problem? What should I try next? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I found this forum searching to see if others have had the same problem, but none of those solutions seemed to work for me.

Is there a fuse for the brake lights? Try replacing it.

Yes, all of the fuses were tested and are working properly.

I believe the brake lights go thru the multi function switch....aka turn signal switch.....so they can work properly with the turn signals. I will bet your multi function switch is bad.
