Default No power to climate controls

I have a question for you. I have a 2005 Mustang V6. This week, when I got in there was no power to the manual climate controls/ fan/ defrost/ recirculated. No power no lights on any setting. Radio/ Dashlight controls work fine. There was a smell like electric burn. Checked all the fuses and resistors today and didn't see anything. Any ideas?

if you smelled the electrical smoke then a fuse may have not worked properly and let some wires get too hot and short out. I would pull the radio area out and look at the wires going to the climate control.
Also I know you checked, but try and double check the fuses, I know I have missed quite a few fuses myself.
