My pony won't start
Ok,have a 1990 and I just added bolt on too my 5.0.... All new B303 cam, double timing chain, distributor, spark plugs, blaster coill, dual electric fan, pulleys, roller rocker-arms-rods, gt40x heads, trick flow upper lower manifold, alternator, all gaskets, starter, starter solenoid, etc still will won't start! My buddy said I should buy starter shems but I can't find anyone who sell them, any ideas!!!!!!??????

Well, that's a lot. And there's tons of possible causes - especially since you used more punctuation than you did description of the issue at hand.
I'm going to recommend you seek the help of a mechanic.

With out any details of what the trouble is , I have to take clues in your sentence.
I don't know what shem is , but if your buddy told you it needs starter shims he is wrong. And I would assume the engine will not turn over. Firstly , can you turn the engine over by way of a breaker bar on the crank?
Are you 100% positive that you installed the timing chain in the correct position?
Are you 100% positive that the starter you purchased is good? Sometimes starters are bad right out of the box, especially remans.
Did you make sure the intake/heads were torqued to spec? No leaks from the intake that could have sucked in some coolant and cause hydro lock?
Were the rods measured before assembly? ie they are not to long?
Was endplay on the cam set with in specs?
You get the picture right? We need more info!
