Yes, I did a search here and on Youtube/Google.

Just got the car last week. I hit the phone button. It can't find my phone. I hit the TUNE/OK button. Found the previous owners name. Don't know how to delete his name or sync my phone. It keeps telling me no phone found and my Phone can't find the car.

My car came with the sync/tech package. Yes, bluetooth is turned on on my phone.

What am I doing wrong?

While you have bluetooth turned on for your phone, do you have it set so it will seek the signal? You should be able to hit the phone button to get into the menu, then it will step through parameters until you get to the one to "connect a phone" - at that time you hit OK and make sure your phone is set so it will look for bluetooth. You should see it connect and give you a code on the car screen that you confirm or enter in your phone.

if this doesnt work, what kind of phone do you have? and does your car say "SYNC" under the radio above the shift boot?

Please perform a master reset to set everything back to the default settings:
