Update 3/20: Seems like more dealership run-around and denials etc...

Update 3/24: Another independent repair shop drives car 3/24 and mechanic said there def. is a problem with transmission. Believed to be bad syncros.

**My terrible experience is now on a lot of websites and forums. Please refer to my video appeal to Ford below for latest updates**

Good point. Thanks for info! Very true it would have to be magnetic to stick to magnets (which brass is not magnetic), which means it may show nothing.

I've owned a number of Fords and some with manual-transmissions over the years (my 2nd car, 2003 Focus w/manual, has ~130k), and really did look forward to owning a new 2015 Mustang GT. Wish things had worked out better for me than they have with this Mustang.

There is a valuable lesson: be careful when leaving your car at a dealership (I really recommend a dashcam!). I am trying to help others by sharing my terrible experience (and discourage any bad behavior at dealerships). If I help at least one other owner avoid what happened to me, then it was worth it...

Hoping Ford will help me here so we can resolve this.

I hope they do, too. Keep at them; keep chopping at that tree until it tips over.

Have you brought your vehicle back in to a Ford Dealership for diagnosis and let them test drive it, 15Mustang?

Hi Deysha! They have test driven it. The independent repair shops quickly realized a transmission problem exists, however I haven't seen a Ford dealership list a transmission problem in writing (couldn't even get a fluid change approved under warranty). All I want to do is get my new Mustang properly fixed, this has been tough on me (more time out of work etc). I will PM you to hopefully get this resolved. I appreciate your help with all of this!

Please do so, 15Mustang. Be sure to add which dealer test drove the vehicle and was able to diagnose it and when.

Update 5/20: Transmission still not fixed, but I will update everyone on the final outcome. Please message me if you want to help. I have sympathy for anyone who has ever been through something similar, I feel your pain.

Update 3/20/2016: I first want to thank everyone on the forum who has offered advice or viewed my thread. Its been a while since I created this thread to help all owners by sharing my aweful dealership experience (at Bozard Ford). Please be careful when leaving your car at a dealership! The problems with my 2015 Mustang GT have put me through hell. I paid $37k+ for my 2015 Mustang and it still has transmission problems (Ford hasn't fixed!) Ford can do the right thing, but they choose not to.

If you wish to help everyone, all mustang owners, please reply to this thread or view my experience video below. Every view counts!:

Thank you once again for your support of the good fight!!
