Default cam question

Hey everyone, i just had a fast question. I have a stock 5.0 roller motor and it carb not fuel injected.. I am wanting to have a ford motorsport cam put in it.. so my question is can I put a b303 or a e303 cam in and leave everything stock as in lifters push rods ext.

Yes, I believe so. But your supposed to check rod length just to be safe. On the B and E cams though, you should be safe if everything else is still stock.
