How do you usually get the plastic end cap off of your fuel injectors? I have one that is cracked along the base and pretty messed up on the rest of it and am trying to put an o-ring/end cap kit on it to fix it but I do not want to damage it and have to spend a TON of money getting a new FI.

I used a razor blade to slice the ‘hat’ up the side and pealed it off like a banana.
