Default mustang gt exhaust help?

I have a 07 mustang gt right now it has stock h and muffler delete and it is pretty loud. But really been wanting to change to a offroad x pipe. I have heard it is ungodly loud. Without any mufflers so i already have some glasspack style mufflers that i can mid mount. Im just wondering if this will be enough to keep the car at reasonable loudness when just going through town. Is this enough to keep me save from cops as long as im not getting on it.

If you stay off the throttle when your in town, the cops won't mind.

Now, just the opposite is true also lol.

Well i don't know what you mean by tolerable but the sound will be great that's for sure
But i think it will be normal, it wont be anything outstandingly loud.

Just keep the RPMs low, or you may just drive yourself crazy. Haha.
