That switch is to reset the fuel pump after its been cut off by the inertia switch. it stops the fuel pump after an accident or crash to prevent a fire

Default Cadillac converter?

Oky so a got the car into a ford dealer & they are telling me its a cadillac converter? Will cost $1600. I dont have that kind of money right now & my oil is mixed with gas also. But engine & tranny are still fine. Cant i just drain my oil & replace the oil & cut the cadillac converter off & just have a straight pipe for exhaust? & yes im aware ill be throwing codes but what else can i do?

You can check the cats by unhooking the exhaust at the headers and see if anything changes. Also sometimes it wont come out of limp mode on its own try disconnecting the battery for 30mins to an hour and then restart it. That should reset all the PCM memory. Youd then want to let it idle for a bit to relearn throttle position and then drive it lightly while the PCM relearns everything.

is it pretty easy to get the headers & disconnect? Anything in way the way? Oky will do. Already have had a computer restart the codes but ill disconnect the batterry again. & oky will do thank you for your help.
