Default Can this be done?????

I Have a 2000 mustang GT 4.6L SOHC with a bad motor.... I have a 4.6L DOHC out of a Lincoln that im wanting to replace the bad motor with... im sure ill have to make some adjustments but is it possible to do this....?

The 1999 - 2001 Cobra and the Lincoln basically used the same 32 valve v-8.

May be some computer issues to deal with.

Assuming the engine is from a Lincoln Mark8 then yes. If it's from a Continental, there are casting differences in the block due to the Continental being a FWD platform, so the answer is no there.
