GT's Don't Have Fog Lights..........
Hey guys, I guess you could call this a slight rant if you like but I'm so sick of hearing fog light this and fog light that, they are not fog lights they are driving lights. A fog light is made to produce levels of light that are low to the ground and get under the fog, I don't know about you but my fogs are just as bright and just as high as my headlighs......making them driving lights, NOT fog lights....rant over

lol... I thought about that too, my mother had an old benz once with real fog lights and they were yellowish. Those were real fogs and they really did work, so yeah I feel ya.

Since you insist on beating this dead horse some more...
My "fogs" are worthless for driving (short range) but great for use in...fog.
So are they failed driving lights? Or fog lights that look like headlights?

They are indeed fog lights, it's just that they are very poor fog lights. If they were driving lights, they would have to be able to turn on with the high beams.
BTW, fog lights do NOT have to be yellow. It is the shape of the beam that makes them fog lights.

what are driving lights ? Sounds like its a euro thing...........I wouldn't understand
On a side note, last night, I saw this car coming up on my rear view mirror with four lights on up front. I try to recognize vehicle types by thier headlights, as most car fans do. But I thought to myself that this one looked really stupid and out of place. I even slowed down to check out what kind of stupid car this was. As it got to my side window. I shuttered. [
] Thats right you guessed it ! There it was, an 05-07 Mustang GT with all four lights on. I never really noticed one before. To be honest, as far as styling goes. I like the fog lights better when they are off. Not sure about function, since I live in the desert. (no fog to speak of)
