I took delivery of my 2007 SC on Super Bowl Sunday. Wow what a great car. I live in Virginia, a state that requires a front license plate. My Saleen did not come with a bracket and after much searching I did not find one that did not require any drilling into the front facia, or bumper.

So, I've created one and I am putting some pictures out there to see what everyone thinks. If I get good feedback, I will produce them for sale.
If you are interested or have any questions, let me know at my home email address, toeyotacraig@***.net. The one you see photos of is the prototype and will remain on my car. I hand polished it after I completed assembly and it looks great.

This bracket does not require drilling what so ever and has all the appropriate rubber bumpers and such to protect the paint from abrasion. It is a squeeze type system that makes use of the lip on the lower side of the bumper.

That looks good and those are some excellent pictures.

Be interested to know how you bent the aluminum (?) stock.

for general reference, and since you plan on selling it, check out the relocation plate bracket sold by mossmustang...

I bent the aluminum stock on a vice. I checked the Moss Mustang bracket.The Moss bracketrequires drilling and I am not crazy about the un-centered location of the plate and my designdoesn't block any cooling air either. Check out the look on my car.

Thanks andI hear you. I went to my local Ford Dealer last week and they said they just pop rivet the plate to the bumper. Made me cringe. There is someone out there who has created on for the 05-07 GT's. Unfortunately, my bracketwill not work on the GT's because of the honeycomb grill most havein the bottom air opening. I believe it will ifthe cardoesn't have the grill insert.
