Fouling plugs
Sat. a portion of s/c piping came off, I tried several times to start the car trying different things before I noticed the problem. I changed plugs because I had fouled these out trying to start it. Once the new plugs were in the car started but would not idle, it ran okay as long as you kept your foot on the gas. The car quit running after letting off the gas, I pulled the plugs and they were again fouled out with black soot, I cleaned them off with brake fluid,. The car strated but did the same as above, pulled them again , full of black soot. Any ideas what is causing this.

I'm sure you ment brake cleaner not brake fluid! You probably have mor than one problem which is why the S/C piping got blown off in the first place unless it was just poorly installed. Look for other disconnected hoses, vacum lines and sensor wires. Check you MAF sensor, is it clean or did it get fouled with air filter oil?Did you try cleaning the plugs again and resetting the ECU memory? Disconnect the battery, then pull the plugs, clean them and reinstall and retorque the plugs. Then reconnect the battery and stat her up and see if she idles right.

RE: Fouling plugs
Are u using any kind of octane booster? those are very hard on spark plugs, if your car is not idling wellyou should be getting a diagnostic code, The plugs are not the cause but the consequence, something seems to be wrong with the mixture being too rich and it can be caused by a number of things, try to read the ECC trouble codes
