Hey everyone,
Post your stroker experience/knowledge here. Pros/Cons, etc. Ill start it off, I heard if you stroke it to 5.0L or more you lose the function of the knock sensors because of piston slap or something like that. Hey lets get it rollin

yea lets hear it becouse mine just blew up after 60 or so dyno runs trying to tune it only to find out that there my be a fuel issue .

Yeah, I was thinking about going the stroker route too, I would like to know what people have experienced with that. I wouldn't care about the knock sensors cause my tune did away with them anyway.

i went with a 298ci so thats almost a 5.0 4.9ish

little "slap" in the morning when cold but im able to keep my knock sensors for WOT. I havent really got to drive it at all though. lots of little problems and i think i threw a rod bearing. should know this weekend
