UPDATE!!
Last night I lost all vacuum to my boost gauge. There was still vacuum coming from the line. I pulled the pump actuator off and noticed a tear in the diaphragm. This would explain why I have been having so manyboost and performance issues with my car. I'm working on getting another pump sent overnight to me to verify this.

Just got off the phone with brenspeed it cost me 130 dollars to get the pump and kit and overnighted to me. Woohoo another 130 dollars down the toilet.

Ok, I just installed the new pump and took the car for a test drive. Firstly,Originally when I drove around and gave the car some gas I always went into 1PSI atleast with no effort. Now I have to give the car some more gas to get 1PSI, which I like since it should save on heat and possibly gas ?... Second the issue that felt like the torque converter slipping is now gone it's one full blast of power. With the old pump I was hitting around 9 PSI, now I'm getting about 7 1/2 - 8 at WOT. I couldn't really drive hard today there are TONS of police out. I saw 5 cop cars and one cop doing all the tagging.
My first impressions is, the issues I have been having are now resolved ofcourse I am a little skeptical still but only a few days of driving will tell, I'll redyno the car next week.
