RE: CMCV installed, car runs, but I have a few problems...
One thing I'm noticing about the idling is that when I would first start the car before, the RPMs would shoot up between 1000-1500rpm then slowly settle down. Now, they never break 1000rpm, and settle down very quickly compared to before.

was this a cold start like in the morning? bc mine goes to 1200-1400 for like 30 - 40 seconds, then down to 750 where it stays. if its any time later in the day it just goes to 1000 for like 10-15 sec then down to 750. it only idles high on start up first thing in the morning. but if yours runs fine after warming up i wouldnt worry about it.

I know this but it doesnt matter, they can still throw codes because of other changes.....just shut the sensors off and then see if you get anymore codes at all...if not then all worries are over and enjoy the new found power!
