To the OP, I would say intake, full exhaust, cams, delete plates, UDPs, and a good tune.

Nitrous is always the best bang for the buck when it comes to horsepower. Only about 500 bucks for 100+ horsepower.

You should expect to pay at least 3 times that to get a safe setup!
