Default SC engine prep?

what is reccomended engine work prior to throwing on a supercharger? not looking to make 600hp or anything, just about what is safe on either a stock block or lightly built motor..I need something that will last and be reliable day to day.Not a weekend warrior or track attacker..more like a highway beast, cruiser, joy ride type car.

You need something like this:

At 9psi they made 470+ rwhp on a stock auto 2005. Their tunes are very safe and at $4700 the price is right!!

There isn't any if you just want to slap a blower on and have 400rwhp or so.

No need, but you can always degrease and polish it to make it stand out

noice..so these motors are really that stout?? I was planning on doing something like a turbo kit but then again I think that a SC would be alot easier to tune and keep for a daily basis/driver..too many mechanical parts ya know, but then again it would make a ton of power...

that $4700 looks likeanice price.

so any safegaurds to do just anyways just to make sure for longevity of the engine??
I read that something about the enternals not being able to take more then 450hp??

I just want to boost it just enough but maybe build it a little just as a precautionary step..ya knows.

Also, are 4:10s good with the SCs or do they generally run better with taller gears?

thats a killer deal on that SC on Brenspeed...

Mine is quicker with the 4.10's, but you have to have the traction.
