Default What Earl's Connector ???

This is a question for any of you who did not use hose clamps to connect the braided hose to the factory intake and valve cover connectors. What Earl's connector did you use? From what I can tell Newbreedgt05, one_eyed_willy, and jlaurens06gt all used some type of Earl's connectors. Do y'all have any part numbers, because I've read this entire thread and everyone lists the AN to hose connectors but not the hose to OEM connectors?

TIA

I just picked up EagleStroker's Stef's set-up and will be using Earl's Econ-O-Fit clamps for attaching the Cam cover end of the hose. But instead of attaching it directly to the cover's nipple, I am hacking up my stock hose and reusing the stock fittings... meaning the hose will attached to the stock fittings via an Econ-O-Fit clamp. And by the way, my set-up is using -10 black braided Pro-lite 350 hose and -10 Econ-O-Fit clamps.

Here's a link to the Econ-O-Fit clamps http://www.anplumbing.com/shop/index...t=Hose!_Clamps

I will hopefully be doing the install this weekend and will post up some pics.

It would be nice though, if they actually made a fitting that would adapt an -AN fitting to an OEM one like on the cam cover!

Those all look like some type of Econ-O-Fit type clamp as you can see the screw head on one-eyed-*****'s connector (as well as on jlaurens06gt's upper hose clamp) and he is doing the same thing I described by reusing the stock hose end.

They look just like these Spectre Magna Clamp hose fittings

Which are basically the same thing as the Earl's Econ-O-Fit clamps...

You have better eye's than I. The photos on the link you provided show a band with a barrel screw clamp fitted internally, it looks like one piece. The connectors in the photos I posted show a two piece compression fitting, with outer red and inner blue components.

We old folks are easily confused.

I went through the same dilemma trying figure the style/type of fitting being used when connecting to an OEM fitting, so glad I could help!
