ABS & Traction Control Again...
Okay I seem to have problems with my ABS / Traction Control again, but this time while only moving. It seems that after it rains and the road is slippery my ABS and Traction Control lights up. This seems to happen only after it stops raining and not while it is raining. I went by the stealership and they wasted 2 hours of my life (1.5 hours putting me in the waiting area even though there was no other cars in the service area and no appointments were scheduled that day). They said the lights came on because the ABS module detected the wheels were spinning at different speeds thus disabling my TC and my ABS. Does this make any sense to you guys? I though it was supposed TC was supposed to help with TC and not disable at the first sense of "loosing traction." I am not loosing traction either, I'm doing granny style acceleration and as soon as I start to move the lights come on and when I stop it goes away. Anyone have any suggestions?

RE: ABS & Traction Control Again...
I installed my K&N a long time ago. First ABS didn't happen for like 7 months. I'm thinking of going to another service department. Anyone in CA know if I can get the car switched under the lemon law or something because this is wasting my time?

Okay it's official now my ABS, Traction Control & Parking Brake lights are on again and they are not going away[:'(]
Anyone have any experience with the lemon law because I'm pissed having to go to the freaking dealership every freaking month for a problem.

Do a search! All states are different. Typically, the car needs to be out of commision for X number days in a year to qualify.
