loss of power when downshifting

At highway speeds and then downshifting and going WOT the engine loses power for a split second, then comes back with a noticable bang at the rear end. Anyone else have this problem? I have a Brenspeed 93 octane tune, but this has happened with the stock tune.

Is it possibly the traction control kicking in for a split second? Try it with TCS off.
Mine does this also, put im pretty sure its the aggresive downshift maybe slowing the rear wheels just for a split second activating the TCS.

I mostly drive with it off. But never thought about that. I'll give it a try. thanks

I have an automatic and my brenspeed Supercharger tune does that exact thing. I've datalogged it and watched it on my aeroforce guage, I lose someHP andboost for a split second when I go WOT. It seems to be right after I hit a rev limiter.
