Default gt500 supercharger
just wondering if its possible to put a stock gt500 supercharger on a regular gt? i think i heard that it was an eaton. sorry if its a stupid question. im not well informed on superchargers.

Yes it is aEaton R122 Roots-type blower
I am not sure if it would bolt up to the 4.6 like it does the 5.4 might be different shape, size, bolt locatins. I dont think it will.

It's an eaton. Anything is possible with deep enough pockets, just as modaddict. He's sporting a whipple supercharger mounted to a KB intake.

It wont work. The intake manifolds are for 4 valve heads.

It would be cost prohibitive. You could buy one made for your application for less then trying to convert the Eaton.

ok thanks. yea i would like to get a supercharger but being a poor college student cant afford one. I saw a take off on evolution for like 1000 or something and wondering if that would work at all.
