Default Roush is selfish

So I went by my Ford dealer yesterday to inquire about a pre-order on an 06 (which is not possible, despite what other people on this forum say, until late June early July because the dealer won't even have the specs on the 06 until then) and just shootin the **** with my sales guy. He was telling me that the Roush plant down the road had 400 GT's sitting in their lot waiting to be transformed! 400!!!! No wonder why there is a shortage (not sure if this is the only Roush plant, but I'm assuming there is more around the country). [sm=rant.gif] Sorry, just had to vent real quick.

Don't know about Roush but for the Saleens, the dealer orders a deluxe Mustang for dealer stock with the IUP, Shaker 500 and the spoiler delete option. They then send them to Saleen for transformation. Maybe that is the same with Roush, don't know.

Yeah, I'm sure you are right on that one too. I was just looking at the saleen website and I emailed them to see if people with A-plan still get the price break on the car itself. Obviously there would be no break on the aftermarket parts from saleen, but i figured it was worth a shot. if anyone else can get A-plan and would like to know when i find out, let me know and i'll tell you what i hear.

I just got an email from the Saleen certified dealer in my area and she said that they do honor A-plan! She is having the Saleen Certified Sales Rep email with pricing info. Let me know if you're intrested in what I find out.

I must admit I am glad they have 400 sitting on their lot (see sig) I also got my Roush on A-Plan just FYI.
