Woah, that rocks!!! Perfect addition to the 'stang, looks just like the original shakers. I'm guessing it's not functional since they still show the filter box in the stock location, but it sure looks good.

I thnk it draws air out the rear of the scoop, and then back up to the filter box. And I wish they would actually start selling them!

Excellent! Now that you mention it I see the tube coming out the back and tying into the airbox. Sweet! Now I've GOT to have one! Kind of pricey, but I'd much rather do that than replace the whole hood and deal with floppy-hood-syndrome. Too bad they're not selling them yet.....

I hear ya... $795 for just the scoop is a lot. Seems that ought to be the price for the scoop/hood combo. And, since I plan on adding a supercharger, I'm not even sure it would work with that. I'll definitely look into this more before I actually buy one.
