Does anyone know the actual torque spec,
for the 4 whipple pulley allen head bolts?

also does anyone use blue locktite on these?

I've never used locktite on my Saleen pulley allen head bolts. I just snug em up pretty good with a 3/8" ratchet. I'd say 25ft-lbs is more than enough.

thanks drbobvs, i searched the web and
just couldn't find what i was looking for.

i ended up starting low and working my
way up to 85 inch lbs, cause i didn't
want to over torque.....

it sure would be nice to know what they
are torqued at, from the factory....

It's 17 ft lbs. I emailed whipple to get the specs.

I've never used loctite on the bolts.

Good thinking starting small, 25 ft lbs would likely snap one of those bolts. I've changed my pulley three times, about to be 4 and they have never been loose.

it's nice to be able to change
from 8 - 10psi and back again, without
needing a new tune....
