Do yourself a favor and get numerous sound clips of different set ups for our cars and have him listen to them. If he buys a system on your opinion only and doesnt like it he may not say it but he will probably consider it your fault. "CYA" Cover Your ***!

I agree, theres just way to many different options. Tons of ways to add this and that and get different notes. Just youtube mustang 08 exhaust and just about every combo will come up.

I think those cars are going to sound different with the same exhaust. If it were me and money isnt an object I would get Kooks lt headers and catted x or h pipe. At that point if it wasnt loud enough you could always switch the mufflers to stingers or loud mouth. IMO the GTA mufflers that come stock on that car sound good.

yep, the 2v/4v engines like yours sound very different than the 3v like his. corsa makes a very good axleback and paired with an offroad h-pipe and some shorty headers (if sound over power is the goal) it should sound very good.

You're not even kidding.

I still can't believe the difference in how the car sounds with just a switch from a Vortech to a Saleen blower.

It's crazy how wildly they tend to vary from car to car.

eagle stroker. My brother in PRO 5.0, I support your choice and besides the magnaflows probable fit alot better then the shifty fitment of the pypes but i have them and yes had to have two pipes bent in 3 spots to make it fit but still i think they are identical in sound. "save your money nd get the pypes"
