Glad to /see you got it all done Also, great write up!!

I find it just as easy and time wise to pull the Whipple or Saleen blower off myself To me it is like when you know something needs to be removed, but you think you can work around it. After farting around, you end up removing the part

casey, thanks so much for your tips
in the other thread.....

i thought about removing the whipple,
but i just had to try it moose's and
mustards way.

if i ever have to do it again, i may
just go ahead and pull the whipple
off.....

don't get me wrong, i thought it worked
out quite nicely. if i ever do it again, i want
to drop it 3-4 inches, instead of the wimpy
2 - 2 1/2" on this go round

Yes, you do need to pay attention. That's why we tape off the intake or cardboard the intake (whipple manifold) and I even made a plate to cover the t.b. inlet!! Works with all intakes. It is good to be **** at times

t.b. plate

you know what.... the fact that casey uses that
plate, tells me he pays attention to detail and
i like that very much.

if more shops were run like HMS, i probably
would outsource much more often.
