Seems like all the body mods have been listed already. A body kit and stripes would be most noticeable (visually). For sound, an exhaust, but then again, he'll do that too. I can send you a Dynamic Motorsports Windshield banner and I'll make sure not to send another one to your buddy (haha).

Depending on how much you want to spend, I would do the visuals in this order:

1) Tint
2) Stripes
3) Lower it
4) New Rims (can interchage with # 5)
5) Body Kit (can interchange with # 4)

Or just spend your money on go fast mods and blow his doors off. You could run into the chance of...while you're modding it visually to stand out, he's modding it power wise. It doesn't matter how different your car looks, everyone notices who's faster!

Power wise (without going overboard with costs):
1) Exhaust
2) LT's
3) Gears

check out the Roush rear spoiler. I got one, it fits in the original spoiler holes (but you will have to drill holes in the rear quarters to mount the side pieces). It's my only mod so far and I haven't seen another like it yet (outside of the showroom on a roush!) It's suttle, but makes a big difference. Although... I think you said you are in school, so you're probably young, so suttle won't cut it. How 'bout the big spoiler like on the boy racer pic above?

#4 look into a rear spoiler and if not skip to #5
#5 Stripes
#6 Look into lowering it
#7 New Rims.

Have you considered the hood struts or sequential tails either? Those are other good cheap mods.

Stripe the car.
Paint the side mirrors to color code the car.
Tint Windows.
Shorty Antenna
SLP Loudmouth exhaust - this will make you stand out for sure!!!

i say stripe it 1st. Striping a car makes it stand out 150% more than a non striped car. After looking at my car, other non-striped silver GTs look just to plain and boring.
