plan on putting on some FRPP 4.10s along with a bama race tune on my 08 automatic GT. From everything I have seen and read, the acceleration is pretty ferocious and no top end loss.

If you are looking for the best in acceleration I'd say 4.10s, just drive slower on the freeway lol..

Good point. I bought the car used so I have no idea what size is on there. Is there a way for me to check myself or will I have to take it in?

look at the rear axle girdle... should have a sticker on it.

They started to be optional in 2007.

The OP has an 06 manual which definitely has 3.55's.
Unless the previous owner changed it.
