Default Throttle Body cycling in the morning

Usually on the first startup of the day the TB cycles rapidly for about 4 seconds then is fine the rest of the day. Doesnt seem to affect anything. Mechanic at dealership who installed the blower and the tuner shop both said they have heard of this before but it isnt anything to worry about. Any clue what it is doing? Why only the first start of the day? No codes. 2005 GT E-Force.

My TB did this after install because I did not have the TPS sensor wired correctly, but it also through codes and would only stay running for a few seconds. Corrected the wiring mistake and no problems since.
