Default Need help with finding the right flexplate

I have an MMR 4.6L stroker rotating assembly that uses an 8 bolt crank. Since my car was an automatic before, I had to change the 6 bolt flexplate to a 8 bolt one but the bolts on the converter were not even close to matching up. I have a TCI 5r55s with a TCI 3500 stall torque converter(also 8 bolts but 9" across). I have been looking on the internet all morning to try to find anyone with a setup similiar using an 8 bolt crank. Any help with this would be great.

Thanks,
Daniel

Look on s197forum.com.
There's several threads on there for what you need. Here's one.

FWIW, I obtained the Cobra flexplate for my recent 8-bolt build. Had to drill out 4 holes to make them bigger, but have been using it for 3 months now with no issues.
There's also a 'v10' flexplate that will probably be easier to get, as the other one is usually not in stock (discontinued).

Good luck with your build!
