Yep that is true. Im full bolt on, full exhaust, and cammed with 4:10s and I have beat down quite a few SS maro's. I was just sayin it takes more than intake and tune.

There is a guy at my track with an SS with headers, catback and CAI..........best run was a low 13.1 ish.......never cracked the 12's. Those are heavy sob's.

OK. So another new story that happened a few hours ago. Driving home from work again... this time 2 kids (teenagers) in a evo8 pulled nxt to me. I wasnt going to race tonight, but these kids pulled nxt to me and wouldnt let off after a mile or so of ignoring them. I have driven those evo's before and they are pretty quick cars! So downshift and nail it. bye bye evo! slow down and do it again. from 2nd to top of 3rd gear prolly hit around 85-90ish. beat him by about a car and was consistantly pulling away. kept up alot better than that maro did! I am not a street racer that hits the gas nxt to evry car im near! Just the past few nights ppl are trying to F with me and I just cant help showing them whats up. haha, I guess my mustang is quicker than I thought

i actually have tint. did not have the windows up..... i noticing that its very addicting to mod these S197's once you start!
