Default Weird Squeak

I went drag racing last week and ever since, I've noticed a very high pitched, but low volume squeak that seems to be coming from my front passenger side area. The speak seems to happen during slight load changes (tip in/ coast down), but not at hard accelerations. It is most noticeable moving through parking lots and such. I tried pushing down on the body of the car to replicate the squeak, but I can't get it to happen. Any ideas on what is going on?

I don't have any zerk fittings on the car as of now. None of the control arms on the car right now are aftermarket. Now the noise does not seem to be load dependent. It sometimes squeaks when hitting bumps, but sometimes doesn't. Sometimes it squeaks just cruising at a constant speed. The only time it seems to ALWAYS squeak is when making a turn from a stop, however when driving down the road if I swerve left and right, it does not squeak. I have no idea what's going on.

Can anybody think of anything? It seems to squeak more often when the car is warm
