Default Whats the difference or which is better?

I'm debating on a cold air induction setup for my 2010 GT and i'm contemplating on the JLT induction setup(the pvc pipe version or carbon fiber, and what are the differences between the two?) or a roush setup(which looks like they just replace the box and not the elbow or tube)

Jlt makes a nice product. I have the cheaper model. Painted tube....looks really nice too. The important part is the tune. Go with brenspeed or American muscle or other respected tuner. Don't get a canned tune.

yea i was thinking about JLT not sure though about the painted tube or the carbon fiber tube though. And i do already have a tune from american muscle and breenspeed. I have recently been using just a K&N filter and my roush exhaust but i have heard of some minimal gains from a the intake and that the K&N does nothing but maybe 1 HP.

Do you think there is any difference in the JLT plastic version and the Carbon fiber one? i remember reading a thread that breenspeed recommended the carbon fiber version but i believe that was a different forum

89mm vs 110 mm MAF Housing.

Justin at VMP used to make his own custom MAF housing for C&L Racer because he claimed the larger MAF housing sizes started degrading the quality of the signal from the Slot Meter on mild engines. Not enough air velocity past the meter.

I was pretty happy with the Bama JLTII (89mm) combo on my 2007 (In Sig).

A magazine article or two showed the are basically all the same. So get a killer deal on this one which I am shamelessly plugging - https://mustangforums.com/forum/part...et-intake.html

Its also the best looking one IMO.
