BAMA 93Race tune snafu'd....WTF?

I was in Bowling Green, KY for the King of the Street event that we sponsor with 5.0 Magazine when you PMed me. So was Mike Wilson from Bama. That's why you didn't receive a reply. Sorry about the timing. In the future, if you call the Bama line @ 888.226.9764, you'll have absolutely no issues getting a tune revised in 10 minutes or so (during business hours M-F 9-5:30).
As for the little issues that arise, these things are to be expected when we're starting to deal with cars that are getting older. We don't realize it, but an 05 GT is now 6 years old. In this particular case, the idle tables have to be learned when the car is turned on. When you add modifications such as intake, delete plates, etc. these tables will adapt, but only to a certain point. If your throttle body is a little dirty, this will throw the tables off. Got a tiny vacuum leak anywhere, this will throw off the tables. It's basically idle air requirements. Each car is going to be a little different in this situation.
We've probably sent out another 100 tunes that were almost identical mods to yours during the same week, with no issues. We might have sent a few hundred more tunes out the same weak with different mods, no issues.
You're always going to get one or two cars that need a special tweak that could be due to an easy underlying issue.

Thanks again for the reply Chris. I figured you were busy with other projects but Zach's perserverance paid off and he got it right! Normal warmup exhibited without the seemingly out of control rev.
Thanks!
Thanks!
