I would want the '07 Shelby. It will definitely be a stand out car!

I believe at your age the 07 or 08 would be the better choice. They have more practical possitives, child latch system just in case, more room, better materials in my opinion. Between the Shelby or the Bullitt that's a tough call. Depends on which style you like better. If you do not want to change much on the car go with the Shelby GT and just get good shocks when the time comes. Rides a little rough with the FRPP shocks and FRPP (read: Eibach) springs.

Tough choice. I'd probably go with the Cobra but you can't go wrong with any of them, as long as they're in good shape.

Welcome!

Have you considered any like year Saleens or Roush's? Of those you listed, the Shelby would be my 1st choice, followed by the 03/04 Cobra... but If you decide the S197, then I would consider a late model 08 since the 05-early 08's have the heads that are prone to spark plugs breaking in them due to crappy design.

Also, be sure to read the stickies regarding what to look out for and check the list of TSB's to familiarize yourself of what to look for...

First of all, if the GT500 is not in your price range it should not even be listed in your choices. If you can indeed afford it, its a no brainer, GT500 all the way. Now between the terminator or the other two it depends on what you are wanting. If you are wanting to get down the 1/4 mile quicker, go with the terminator. If you are going for purely looks, go with the Shelby GT. That's my opinion.

I say get the Termie for now and switch to the GT500 in a couple of years when they're cheaper.
By then, you should be able to unload the Termie for what you paid for.
Seems like these cars don't go below the low $20s no matter what...

Good luck and welcome to the Forums.
