problem fixed it was the throttle body thanks for the help guys

Clean the Throttle body as stated first.
use CRC throttle body cleaner.
These TB's have a coating that some cleaners can take off.
CRC is safe.

I saw what Nuke wrote but I'd still say it's probably the TB or a tuning issue.
Idle problems are common when the tune is not set right.
I'd call the place that made the tune.... then ask them to email you an adjusted tune and load it via handheld tuner.

Ahhhh just saw it was the TB.
