Default Check Engine Light

So something tripped my check engine light. I haven't gone and had anywhere check it yet so it might be nothing but I figured if i can save myself a trip I might as well. I've heard alot of people tripping theirs as well after some mod's...So far It's got a CAI, K&N Filter, Cat-Back Exhaust, Auto Shift Kit, and a DiabloSport tune...i bought it with all this done to it so I'm not sure what the tune is or whatever, any input on how to use the tuner as well? Never used one before and someone said it could be the tune that tripped the check engine light..

You should be able to pull the code with the tuner. If not, most any Autozone will pull the code at no charge. Don't guess; pull the code and go from there.
