What brand clutch are you running?

What brand clutch are you running?
Starting to feel like my clutch is getting weak. Doesn't seem to engage till the pedal is closer to the top than it used to be.
Ford wants 600+ just for the kit which would include disc, pressure plate, pilot and hydraulic slave. I can get a Valeo complete kit for 350.00.
I don't race the car or anything but I do want a decent clutch that is up to stock Ford standards...any advice?

I pulled my stock clutch with 2000 miles on it because I knew it would not hold up to the 450rwhp I am getting now. I went with a Spec stage II+ and it engages lower in the stroke and is a bit stiffer feeling. But I could have lived with the stock one but for the increase torque my motor puts out now.

Be WARY of the SPEC 2 and 2+.
MANY horror stories out there.
I went through a nightmare with mine.
Search on the forums and you will find the same with MANY people.
In my opinion SPEC is GARBAGE on these Mustangs.
Also their customer service is nothing short of insulting I think.
I would STAY AWAY from SPEC.
Mcleod or Exedy is what I would go with.
MANY horror stories out there.

Even though the 3+ has had more success than the other models.
Others with a lot of experience on these forums, other forums, and on the S197 in general will tell you the same.
I did not listen to the warning when I received it and I PAID for it later.
Plus SPEC treats customers HORRIBLE. Both me and others as well.
They also did not stand behind their product in my case.
