You can't make valid determinations on fuel mileage based on one data point. It takes many.

How do you like the performance tune? Does it make you feel like you don't want to go back to the stock tune even though you are testing the mileage on each?

The performance tunes are great. I will go back to using them full time as soon as I finish mileage test.

Over around 1000 miles with a mix of hwy and city and about 6 fillups, I got around 21-22mpg average. This is my DD so I assume my overall mpg would be right at 22 mpg. Maybe 23 mpg if I laid off the gas

My average is so terrible on the dash (and it's probably close to true) since most of the time i'm city driving. After making a 500 mile road trip I finally pushed it up to 21 on the gauge lol. When I was filling up in one gas station a repo guy came over and started talking to me about how he took away some guys Roush 5.0 the other day and had fun joyriding in it lol. Apparently the guy who got repoed left his keys in the car.
