Default popping under hood and loss of power

i have 07 auto gt with saleen supershaker. when i step on the gas(wot) at any speed up to 80 mph the car has little power and there is a popping underhood ( i not sure if it is detentation or not). if i am easy on the throttle and take a second or 2 to floor it it works fine has power and no popping. I have no codes. plugs have 2000 miles, they are cooler then stock. gt 500 fuel pump. gauge reads 11.7 a/f at wot. tune is for 93 and i have 5 gallons of 100 and 10 of 93. if a cop was bad, wouldnt i get a code? Anyone else have this problem? or ideas? thanks jeff

all i can say is if the car is detonating that bad, you need to get it looked at and if it were me i wouldn't drive the car at all.

Not sure if a COP would be bad, but for sure the aftermarket ones tend to cause some real issues... And as was stated before get that thing to a good performance shop to take a look at it and definitely don't go WOT anymore or else you risk popping the engine real fast.
