I repeat.. 245whp, stock auto tune, 3.31s and a 1800 rpm stall (torque converter)

Im taking a rest your from back to back years of half-marathon running so maybe this will help. Start as early as you can cause the sooner, the better. Don't test yourself early but find your limits and work to improve them to raise the bar. When you're in training, run for more miles than you know you will be during the season. Trust me on that cause it will save you a lot of trouble. Try 2-5 times a week and each week add on a little extra and in no time you should have your results if you really stick to your goal.
