Have you tried some of the common fixes people have posted for this? Like twisting the gas pump nozzle 15-45 degrees left/right? It has worked for me multiple times and I only have to twist it like 10 degrees.
So far, that has been fool proof no matter what station I have trouble filling up at (and I've had to fill up in some REALLY hick-town stations )...
I had this problem in my 07' and this is what I would do. It worked most of the time, but not all of the time. When it didn't work, I just stopped at my 7 gallons of gas until the next fill up.

The 05s are plagued with TSBs and should be avoided like any
other first year run of vehicle. Beautiful or not.
The fuel pump needs to be immersed in fuel to be kept properly
cooled. Your 7 gallons does the trick UNTIL you get to about 1/4
of a tank. Then the fuel pump is up out of the fuel and they
tend to not live a full life induced by improper cooling.
My '05 has the same issues. I've run into fueling problems at different gas stations as well. I seem to experience this most commonly after bouts of shall we say spirited driving. Anyone else?
