Default Kooks long tube header question

Hello everyone, I am about to order some kooks long tube headers for my 05 mustang gt and my question to you guys is, what coating should I get over them? It's probably a dumb question, I just don't know a hole lot about them and for the money I'm about to spend on them I wanna do this right the first time. Thanks guys

Get ceramic, they are coated like that so that they will be resistant to rust. Chrome looks nice, but you dont really seem too much of them and they rust alot sooner.

+1 just ordered the set from Maryland Speed with the free Jet-Hot Sterling coating. Jet-Hot not only resists rust, but it reduces underhood temperatures and promotes exhaust flow due to its heat transfer properties.

Also right now they will include free Stage 8 locking header bolts.

You definitely do not want chrome plating, that plating does not last long before it rusts.
