My 07 GT 5spd has a bad throw-out bearing. It has over 142k miles. I ordered one and am wondering how to actually install it. Can I just unbolt driveshaft, remove 02 sensor, etc, and unbolt trans case and just slide it out of the way to get access? I can't find anything online describing steps to actually replace the throw-out bearing.

To do the TOB you need to drop the transmission, if you do it, might as well do the clutch and resurface or replace the flywheel itself.

And for those about OEM, I grabbed the Exedy one with my exedy clutch and FW, absolutely NO issues with it so far....
